My status says pending. Wondering if this is the first thing that appears or does this mean I’m in Queue?

Mine was pending since I submitted...either way Queen's doesn't give offers until Jan

Does anyone else's application say incomplete due to transcripts missing? OLSAS has sent mine out so I am kind of confused
