I practice administrative/regulatory law in an in-house capacity. My schedule is definitely more relaxed compared to those who are in private practice since I don’t have billable hours. -

I was comparing class sizes for this year to the previous NALP data and the class sizes this year (summer 2021) are huge! The data on NALP indicates most bay street firms hire about 15-16 summer students but this year the numbers look like they're going to be 20+. This makes me a little concerned about articling hire back. Anyone have any insights? -
As a Mature student who applied to others civil schools, I will have to tell the admission office to dimiss my file if this is going past May. The limit to accept/decline offer is May 1st for most civil schools. -
Agree that the LinkedIn posts are cringe. Many remind me of some kind of Oscar acceptance speech.
