I dropped off my application for licensing on December 2nd with the LSO building at the OCA... I remember someone at the front desk took it and put it in a box of some sort of mail. It still hasn't been marked "received" on the online portal, and I sent a message asking for help and they basically told me to wait until the end of the month and then reach out. That was last week. I just checked and still nothing has been received. Am I screwed here? What should I do? Should I redo the application process and submit it again? Is anyone else in this predicament?
I'm from outside Ontario. As far as I know, I have to send in new transcripts from my institution's end to OLSAS, and they'll just send it whether it's incomplete or not.
I would email the institutions you applied to if its still not looking like you're going to get your grade done in time explaining the situation. I had a transcript mix up / error for the Nov 1 transcript deadline and the receiving institution was really kind and understanding about it, so I'm assuming they'd understand this situation considering that its not your fault. I'd personally still send in the transcript with the grades you do have by Feb 1 and maybe send in another transcript when the last grade comes in, but I'd first and foremost email the schools and see what they say / what they want.
