*My L2 is currently lower than this because I didn't take a full course load every semester so my L2 dips into my second year which was pretty bad. After I finish this current semester my Last 10 credits won't reach into my second year. I only need a 3.6 this semester to get a 3.8 L2 so I think it is a reasonable estimate.
I have decided on the schools I plan on applying to and was just wondering what my chances would be at these schools or if applying would be a likely waste of time/money. I also have little to no extracurriculars except for participation in some clubs, working every summer and working part time my fourth year.
The schools I intend to apply to are Western, Osgoode, Ottawa, UVic, and UBC.
I am also considering applying to UofT. My stats are a little below UofT's averages but I am a UofT undergrad with LORs from UofT profs. I have heard conflicting opinions of the impact this would have on an application.
Please let me know if you have any predictions of my admission chances at these schools. Sorry if this is too similar to my last post but I thought it was okay to post since I narrowed down the schools I am looking to apply to versus just looking for general advice.
Thank you all for your time and help,
what launchpad site are you both referring to..? I am applying to LS outside of Ontario and I thought you're supposed to go on each school's website and apply through there..? That's what I did with university of Alberta as well, but I didn't see anything about a "launchpad site." Can one of you elaborate further please?
