Calling Ryerson

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if anyone here has attempted to call Ryerson and was able to reach them successfully?

I needed to ask them a question regarding the admission process and my email has gone unanswered for few days and whenever I call them it goes to voicemail...

Remember that they are completely sloshed with work. It's best just to leave a voicemail and email.

Please let me know if you ever do hear back from them and what was the best process for contact! I too am looking to ask some questions!

I sent them an email on Wednesday and got an answer on Friday afternoon! If you send an email, I expect they would get back to you in a day or two as they did for me. Might depend on what you're asking? I asked about coming to see the campus since I've never been before, and I let them know I had an offer I was considering accepting. That may be a bigger priority for them than other issues, but that's pure speculation. Either way, they have answered emails, if you're still looking to get in touch with them!

    • Would you be able to expand a bit on what you mean by “wrong.”   For some more info on my application: I graduated from queen’s last year, reference letter from two profs, one published paper, exec member of a few clubs, semi-interesting work experience (in my opinion?) and reference letter from a judge that I worked for during one of my undergrad summers (she cc’d me on the reference letter so I saw that she spoke very highly of me). My personal statement spoke mainly about a few academic achievements/experiences, my work history and an explanation of why I wanted to go to lawschool.  So I don’t think there’s anything that special, wrong or right about my application (probably reads as a typical young LS hopeful) but now I’m second guessing every aspect of it.
    • Does anyone know how much each year it is for the Dual? Tuition and books included?
    • Congrats on getting in! Do you know what your L2 is on the 4.0 scale?

    • Sort of in a similar position. Waiting on winter marks. Marks after this semester will be 3.48/3.9/164. Haven’t heard anything back yet.
