I really think factors like this are incredibly dependent on the rest of your application. By itself, I don't think it would be that helpful. But if this factor was coupled with other compelling elements, I think it may be useful to draw attention to.
Don't live on campus if you can help it! It is so so so much more expensive than living with roommates near to campus. I'm pretty sure the only residence that a law student would be allowed to live in is the graduate student residence.
In my undergrad experience at U of T, I found that the cost of residence was about at least 1.5x the amount of rent on an off-campus accommodation. They truly gouge you, and honestly, it is nicer to live off campus.
I would highly suggest looking for apartments in the Annex, Dupont, or Kensington area!
Absolutely! Ive been on a journey that only five years ago I couldn't have even imagined. Academics were never in the cards for me, but I had the will to make it happen which only developed through growing older. I would never let my age deter me, especially this far along. Thanks for the kind words
