Mine is still incomplete. It has not checked off my LSAT score or my Transcript, which were both received by OLSAS.

My status is "under evaluation" as well.

Anybody know how long it typically takes UofO to review?

I emailed them to ask, awaiting a response.

Don't think UOttawa has started accepting students anyways, so maybe it is held up for everyone.

EDIT: Received a reply. They said that it can take up to one month for everything to be updated (starting from Nov1). Therefore, I guess we should not be worried until early/mid December.

I called them last Friday. They said I need to wait until Dec. The admission process is much slower than last year. Who is still incomplete?

Better question might be who is not incomplete?

Mine is not incomplete!  It only took 2-3 days after submitting for everything to be processed. But I wouldn't worry about it. Unfortunately things seem to be slower this year! ughhhh

That's interesting, because when I emailed them about more than 1 week ago they said it would take up to 3 weeks, meaning it should be complete by now, yet mine and seems like many others have been "incomplete" for a long time. I guess they don't have a solid idea how long it would take for the system to update either 😟

UZONE became Under Evaluation this morning.

Not to pour too much water on this, but it according to last year's threads your status may remain at "under evaluation" for many, many, many months (think, end of summer).

Hey, I asked them about this and their response:

"To answer your question, it can take up to a month until the portal completely updates itself, therefore I would simply give it a little more time. Everyone submitted their application on November 1st, therefore if you have completed everything on your side and OLSAS confirmed everything has been received, it will reach our office."

    • For the first few years of practice, how much have you been able to save/invest on an annual basis? Are you aggressively paying down loans or making minimum payments in order to maximize how much you can invest? Do/Did you live with roommates for the first few years of practice to save on rent? How many years into practice will you/did you wait before getting a mortgage?
    • probably nothing. but your marks do matter. you also said: "almost always", "i am hoping that will be the case for me" so i think you already know the answer? do the best you can and you don't have to worry also i don't necessarily think taking a pass over a letter grade matters. everyone else is in the same situation as you
    • Thank you everyone for your response! Any bit of insight helps. I’m currently living in London Ontario with my family - I have 2 kids going to school here - and wondering if commuting via train is a possibility. Not sure if anyone has done that before. I guess I’ll just have to wait till they release the class schedule and plan from there...
    • I'm an international student currently in the U.S (I'm an Indian national) and I've been looking into Canadian universities. I wanted to know what are the experiences of other international student out here, how hard was it to get accepted, what were some troubles you faced, how easy was it to apply for a study permit? What were some challenges you faced when applying? Also the people who have already been accepted and are on campus, what's Canada like for you? And how's law school in general? Do you feel accepted? Homesick? Let me know! I'd love to hear all your experiences!
    • Salut!
