You will blame me for submitting close to the deadline but my OLSAS closed all apps at around 11:55-11:57pm. I went in to fix one small mistake and could not return to the review and submit page. I will not be attending law school as I am already 2 years out of undergrad. Months of hard work, studying, good references and killing myself for this all lost. I will never forget what this kind of diasapontment feels like. I don’t know how to go on

Its okay, don’t panic. Just email/call OLSAS on Monday and I’m sure it will be fine. I have heard cases where people got the chance to submit delayed transcript because they did WES evaluation. Just explain to them the system closed earlier and see what happens. Also, remember there are schools with deadline in December (UBC) and February next year (Dal). So cheer up and solve this thing.

Do you know if the system is even capable of reopening ? Every experience I have has won OLSAS has been stressful I know they’d rather have one less application and that so many people will be calling them on Monday. I just wanted my application to be perfect :(

Honestly, I don't know. Call OLSAS on Monday it is worth the try. If anything, apply to schools outside Ontario. I hope things work out for you! Just wait it out and call OLSAS and hopefully they can help you out,

Did you just not submit the application as a whole or did you just not get to revise your small mistake on your application?

If you didn't submit the application as a whole, contact OLSAS and explain the circumstances. If they can help, then great. If they can't help, then they can't. At this point in time worrying about it is not going to change anything.

If you just weren't able to submit a revision to a small mistake, but you're application is otherwise submitted, then you really shouldn't worry about this. If you think a small mistake will make or break an application I think you're in need of some perspective.

OLSAS would take me to an error page even though it wasn’t yet 11:59. I did not submit. Don’t tell me about perspective

If you don't want responses, then why did you post? People here are trying to encourage you, and they are right about perspective. The above posters are right; you need not to despair and keep moving forward.

I) OLSAS may be willing to work with you. Can't guarantee it, but it's worth a call.

II) If the above doesn't work out, there are still a bunch of good schools with later deadlines (Dec 1, Jan 15, even Feb 1). Almost all of them have cheaper tuition and cost of living than Ontario, too! You have options!

I don’t know if I should go ahead and submit a late application request to the schools or wait to see if OLSAS can resolve. Part of me wants them to now ASAP and not delay because my application is truly complete

I have applied to McGill, going to do UBC and if my new lsat score permits, the US but I don’t think I will get into any of these schools. I think my references / profile are really good but my stats are just mediocre hence why I thought I would have a shot at Ottawa, Queens (where I was waitlisted last year)... these are the kinds of Ontario schools where I could actually be competitive

You may have a shot at Calgary, Manitoba in the individual consideration category, and very likely Saskatchewan as well. Cheaper than the states and probably better for your career prospects!  Hang in there!

Thanks but I really do want to stay close to home unless I have some exceptional school accepting me elsewhere. I have a job and a life here. I just don’t know whether to push or let it go.. sorry it’s not your responsibility to go through this with me

Honestly, it‘s no big deal. As I grew up I have met numerous situations thinking it’s so important I have to make it, but at the end I realized it’s okay to go the other way. If you are accepted in other schools, you can transfer back to Ontario schools, can’t you? You have to do good for 1L anyway. Have some faith, you will be fine.

3.4 gpa and 159 lsat, retaking lsat in November 2019 after a year of study. I really benefit from schools that look at B2 or drop grades. Again, just sad no one will see my references / ps which I was quite proud of ..

On Saturday morning I submitted late request forms to all Ontario schools. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I'm guessing you didn't screenshot your original situation?  If you had, would seem you'd have a great case to OLSAS to take your application.

I really wish I had taken a screenshot but in the moment I was so flustered I was trying  to get it through the system. An update... OLSAS did not help however almost all Ontario schools granted me an extension on Monday. Lesson learned. I did not expect this outcome, and I am very grateful.
