As in, the right methodology to apply it? Maybe look at various international treaties (like UNDRIP) and trace their inception to application/ratification in various jurisdictions.

I feel like this is a really broad question and will vary considerably from country to country. You're basically going to be writing a textbook.

    • I am likely going into the Windsor Dual, and just wondering if you could expand on this. Do Windsor Dual students have a rough time getting summer placements even if they get good grades?  What is considered an average student?
    • How do you simply find an apartment and move in within a week? I'm at least a 6 hour drive from the closest school in Ontario, a 12 hour drive for the farthest. What makes you think you can get in an apartment that fast and also move your entire life in a matter of weeks? I've spent enough time apartment hunting during undergrad, it's not a one week-process. And moving is not that easy either without your own car.

    • Hi y'all, hoping to get some advice!  I have been fortunate enough to be accepted into both UVIC and UCalgary law schools this September, and I am having trouble deciding between the two!  My ultimate goal is to practice in BC, but it is less expensive to live in Calgary, I have more friends in Calgary than Victoria, and my partner would get a raise and promotion if we moved to Calgary.  I did my undergrad at UVIC and really enjoyed it,  and I have heard that it is best to go to school where you want to practice so if there's anyone on here that has been to either school or has any advice to give, I would be happy to hear it!
    • Question: what LSAT should I aim for with a 3.25 GPA and a 3.65-3.7 L2?
