Accepted today!

cGPA: 3.54

L2: 3.57

Decent ECs and LORs, strong personal statement. BC resident.

Just realized I was accepted after my updated transcript was processed, and I can't seem to find the edit function on this post, so I'll just update my stats here.

cGPA: 3.56

L2: 3.61

Was your status referred for review before this?

Accepted.

cGPA (OLSAS): 3.4

L2 (self-calculated): 3.7

LSAT: 157, (Jan score pending)

The cheap tuition and living are tempting, but I think I'll fit in better elsewhere. Still waiting to hear from: Oz, Ottawa, Western, Queen's, UBC.

Congratulations SneakySuspect! May I ask what your softs are like?

Thank you!

Hard to guess how I stack up when it seems like we're all engaged in extra-curriculars...

Was an executive in student society, worked for the university, won a couple of university awards, MA, management position at work, volunteer researcher for well known SJ-related non-profit. Plus two more pretty impressive (imo) and unique things that will give away my identity to anyone who knows me. (These activities didn't happen concurrently... they're spread over years.)

1 really strong LOR (was pretty much offered to me), 1 good LOR

Thought my PS for windsor was my worst one. Didn't like the specific questions, ruined the flow.

Congrats! Quick question: what was your status prior to being accepted? Referred - Admission's Committee?

Congrats on your acceptances!

Did you both also receive the invitation to the Spring Open House day on March 2nd for UWindsor?

I got the invitation today but no acceptance offer so I'm sort of confused, lol.

Please keep the extraneous discussion to PM or another thread. We have had to delete some posts. Let's at least try to keep these threads useful for future applicants. Thank you.
