This obviously depends on the schools you applied to and your stats, but generally speaking, I'm pretty sure third years hear back at the same rate as everyone else. My flimsy anecdotal evidence of this is that I met a 3rd year at a school's Welcome Day last year which was only open to accepted students, and that was in February. -
