Hi Everyone, Was just hoping for some opinions and/or reassurance about my grades in the event I am not hired back after articling or decide to lateral in my first few years of practice. So far, my grades are as follows: 1L: A, A, B+, B+, B+, B, B, B 2L/3L: A, B+, B+, B, B, C+, C+ Of particular concern for me are the 2 C+s that came out of one bad semester in 2L. I still have 1 semester's worth of grades left, and do not plan on getting any more Cs. For reference, I was fortunate enough to secure a summer/articling position at a big firm through the 2L recruit. I know that grades tend to follow you for the first few years, so I guess I was just wondering if those 2 C+s would be a detriment if I wanted to lateral to another big firm early on, or if I do not end up getting hired back.
