Throwaway for anonymity. I'm in 1L so I don't have any prior experience to base this off, but I've attended some online events where Ryerson students were also present (and only ever Ryerson students). None of them were joint events, but some were posted our law school's homepage, so that's probably where they got the Zoom link. Is this normal? It seems a bit weird to me, especially since one of them tried to advertise their business and later added people on Linkedin.
