  1. Thanks guys...yes I meant within Ontario. I guess unless Iโ€™m accepted to Ottawa within the next day or so (unlikely) I wonโ€™t be going there. Sucks that Ottawa is so late in decisions ๐Ÿ˜•
  2. omg really? so if i want to be still be considered for uOttawa I must rescind my offer elsewhere?
  3. Iโ€™m not sure, but maybe try calling them and asking? Might be quicker over the phone
  4. Since provisional acceptances become firm on July 2, are we automatically taken off the Ottawa waitlist after July 2 if we provisionally accepted elsewhere? thanks in advance!!
  5. Hi, I'm trying to find housing for the upcoming school year. I was wondering if Canterbury College is considered "on-campus" or "off-campus" housing? I've seen it being referred to as both, and am a bit confused. Also - if it is on-campus, is the meal plan mandatory? I've heard some not-so-great things about the UWindsor meal plan, and would like to stay away from it if possible. Also - if anyone has lived in Canterbury College before, any insight on how the place is would be appreciated. Or if anyone has any insight on apartments near the university (doesn't have to be Canterbury), as I am looking for a bachelor or 1-bedroom, please do share! Thank you!
  6. Congrats!! Did you apply under general? or another category?
  7. Hi all, I am an incoming Windsor law student, looking for housing. I'm looking to rent a bachelor or one-person bedroom apartment (I heard it is ideal to live alone for 1L). I don't have a car, so living near the university would be ideal (I also am looking to live East of the bridge). I saw a company called Skyline Living and they have buildings near the law school called Askin Tower and University Towers. Has anyone lived here/heard about this apartment? How is it? Also, if anyone has ANY advice or potential apartments near the university, I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thank you!
  8. I just called UNB law admissions office, and their voicemail informed me that their offices are closed, and that no further admissions decisions will be made at this time. They said that they would process applications when the office reopens. Does anyone know what to make of this? It seems that there is still movement in the accepted threat so I'm confused about this. Thanks!
  9. Hi Ryn, Sorry if you've already answered this question, I was wondering if accepting another school's offer on OLSAS affects our chances?
  10. Hi guys, I was accepted to Windsor law, and received an email. My portal has also been updated to Accepted. However, it doesn't appear to change on my OLSAS account. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks!
