  3. I have been accepted to the University at Buffalo's JD program this Fall with a generous scholarship, but am looking for a PSLOC to cover the additional costs associated with earning my JD. I have been in touch with RBC and TD who both offer PSLOC for foreign study, but have had no luck as they have been concerned about flight risk even though I would be living in Ontario and commuting to Buffalo. I have also consulted with Scotiabank and they have told me they do not offer loans to study abroad. I am wondering if anyone has any experience in securing a PSLOC to study in the US, and if so, what financial institution they used? Any information is greatly appreciated!
