  1. Thanks for replying! I haven’t received an email yet and I accepted my offer yesterday morning, did you get your confirmation right away? I’m going to call to make sure they got it.
  2. Hey! For those who accepted their offers, did you receive an email confirming that you’ve taken the spot? Thanks!
  3. Just admitted off the waitlist!!! So so excited. Will be accepting 🎉🎉🎉
  4. Same! Mine says that I have no pending applications.... thought they lost it! Hopefully they’re just making updates or something
  5. Just got the email, I’m on the waitlist as well. Question about the email response accepting the spot - should this be just a quick ‘yes, please put me on the waitlist’ type of email it is it more of a letter of continued interest type of thing? This is the only somewhat positive movement I’ve gotten from Canadian schools and I want to get it right! Thanks a a lot!!
  6. Oh hang on, I don't think so. I used the OLSAS calculator provided in this forum, which looks like its a 4.0 scale. Would this mean that my GPA is actually higher? Sorry, I'm sure these questions have been asked a bunch of times.
  7. After drops, it's 3.28. Makes my index score 880 i think. Thanks a lot for your response!
  8. Yeah, I'm really regretting my decision not to do that right now. I'm honestly not too sure why I didn't, I just really liked the schools I applied to and anticipated doing significantly better on the LSAT. I thought my score would make up for my low GPA, but unfortunately, it looks like that's not going to be the case. Thanks for the reply! Do you think there's anything I can do at this point to increase my chances? (i.e. visit schools, write a letter of continued interest, etc?) I was recently diagnosed with an auditory processing disorder that helps to explain my GPA being a little all over the place, but I'm hesitant to submit an addendum because: 1. I don't want to seem like I'm making excuses and 2. I wouldn't want the admissions committees to think that this means I'm unlikely to succeed in law school. Any and all advice would be really appreciated! Thanks
  9. Hi all! I would really appreciate some feedback about what you think my chances are at the following schools! It’s getting to be quite late in the cycle and the only school I’ve heard back from is UofT (with a rejection - not surprising considering my gpa). I applied to the following schools, and have average softs, a decent public interest driven PS, and two years work experience in a non-related field. Osgoode, Ottawa, McGill, UBC, U Vic. Thanks very much for your help!
