  1. Really frustrating they are asking students to immediately pursue housing without knowing what proportion of classes will be in person. For example, if its one class a week, I can manage a 1-1.5 hour commute from my parents but if its 4x per week thats a different situation. Would love to know how others are navigating this situation.
  2. For what its worth, I did get an email offering an admissions bursary today. Don't know if that has any bearing on scholarships.
  3. Thanks for your reply! I should note that it came separately after the admissions letter so perhaps its on the way?
  4. I received a letter in the mail today from UofT Law offering an early chance to apply as a Massey College Fellow and was just wondering how many others received this letter? They make it sound pretty exclusive in the letter but its hard to tell if its just a marketing tactic or if they actually sent these letters out to everyone who has been accepted. Also, previous threads on Massey College are fairly old so if anyone has updated insights I would appreciate them as well.
  5. No I’m not applying until next year but based on my stats and pretty confident I’d get into most of these schools. My CGPA is 3.78, L2 is 3.94, B3 is 3.92, LSAT is 167.
  6. I was hoping some people could offer insight on which law schools have a good student environment. Are the any schools that attract more type-A people vs. schools where people are generally more laid back. Basically I want to know which law school attracts the chillest students. I am especially curious about the following schools: Ottawa, Osgoode, UBC, UofT. I know people recommend you go to school where you want to work but that is not really an influential factor for me at this point, neither is the kind of law I want to practice. Thanks!
