In Topic: Will 79.87% be rounded to an 80% for cGPA?

It is done on a per course basis so this question is wrong. If you have a 79.87 average you will not have a 3.3 nor will you likely have a 3.7 exactly. It will likely be around a 3.65.

Sorry for butting into this, but I'd be happy if an upper-year would dispel a rumor: that the firms usually disregard grades in Law in Context, Transnational Law and Regulatory State.
They should discount somewhat, but generally do not. (See almostnot reply)

To answer your question: It depends on your other courses but it is very very bad. You are likely precluded from getting any OCI jobs with a fail on your transcript. After OCI it might be okay depending on your other courses.

Thanks for the information!
Are there any clubs or societies that we should be joining prior to the start of the school year?
Also, are there any yoga classes or Pilates classes on campus, or any nearby that students tend to take? It'll be a great stress reliever!
