Decision- Accept large scholarship or hope for an Osgoode acceptance?

1 post in this topic

Hey all,

First-time poster here. I'm in a bit of a predicament- Got acceptance to Western Law with a $20,000 scholarship, contingent upon my firm acceptance by April 26th (so I would be withdrawing from consideration at other law schools). However, I still have yet to hear back from Queen's Law or Osgoode. GPA is 3.84, LSAT is 158, extra curriculars and personal statements I would say are pretty exceptional after comparing with friends. I live right next to Osgoode so I probably wouldn't pay for housing if I got accepted there, but I will be doing so if I choose Western. What would you guys do in my position? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
