Congratulations! When were both of your applications "officially complete"?

Thanks! Received confirmation from the admissions office that it was complete on November 10, but I got my "application complete and under review" email on December 8th.

Accepted today!

GPA 4.1/4.3 (not sure about L2 offhand),

LSAT 175

I'm assuming if one was offered a scholarship, they found out in the "Accepted" email from Rose, right?

Stupid question but What does it mean when your application is under review? Some people have received it before being accepted and some haven't it seems. Is it guaranteed you will get this email before an acceptance or rejection?

Was accepted November 29th. GPA 3.66/4.0, LSAT 155, Nova Scotia resident

Really was not anticipating getting in but definitely very happy! Really strong EC's and references, plus a pretty strong personal statement if i do say so myself lol. Still waiting to here back from another school but DAL was my top choice so I will most likely be accepting!

Did you get an email or letter?

I got an email first, and then a letter the following week with my acceptance package.

Was your 3.66 GPA your collective or last 2 years (10 credits)?

Grats!

Grats!

It's my cumulative but my last two years is pretty much identical with a 3.67!

Congrats everyone. I'll be applying for the 2018 cycle. Currently doing some research. I read on another thread that Dal. doesn't like to see very low cumulative GPA's, regardless of the L2. Can anyone here confirm or deny from personal experience? My L2 will be great (currently on a 3.94/4.33 from my last 1.5 years), but my cumulative will be a 3.0 at best :|. Nothing I can do about the first two years, so hopefully things will work out.

Does Dalhousie accept in waves? I understand that it is a rolling admissions process, but are there generally different waves that acceptances come in?
