I'm currently finishing my undergrad and am in my 5th year (changed programs in my 2nd year from the sciences). I'm out of province so I was wondering what my chances were with these stats and how much this year's grades will impact my application.

I also have a decent CV and very good references.

Those stats look pretty good. I know at least one person with a slightly better L2 and a slightly worse LSAT who got in... So I would say you have a good shot.

I can't say anything about how your fifth year will impact your application, I'm afraid.
