Hi Guys!

I'm super excited to be starting this new adventure and to be moving to Winnipeg this Fall!

Unfortunately I have never been to the city before and am from out of province. I'm having difficulty securing an apartment as I want to be sure that things are what they seem and that it's an ok neighborhood etc.

I'm really hoping not to have to make an extra trip before my move in a few weeks and would be willing to pay someone to check out the few places I have narrowed it down to.

Please DM me if you are interested!

Cheers!

Have you considered hiring a real estate agent?

I second the real estate agent option. They don't charge you if you're the renter, but they may want to focus more on condos and houses. That said... novel idea.
