Congradulations to all for ur courage of pursue the hard task of getting into lawschool and to the hundreds and hundreds of those that worked hard and got into law school. The sacrifice you made must have been unreal. I am in a drunken stupor after my failed attempt at the feb LSAT and feel like I must tip my hat to the successful candidates. I tried my best and it wasn't good enough today. To those that got in this cycle, congrats and remember that you deserve it. see u on campus one day.

Aww, poor Spider :(

Chin up, keep drinking for now, and re-evaluate your options in the morning. If it comes down to it, sitting out a cycle isn't really all that bad.

Keep your chin up, man. The first 24 hours after are the worst part. I remember going to the bank directly after and sitting down in the back offices and just bitching and moaning to my advisor for, like, 30 minutes. He was nice enough to listen sympathetically. And it worked out well in the end!

I failed in my first cycle (149 LSAT). Rewrote (160) and I have been accepted to 4/6 schools so far. 3 were early acceptances too!

It's a fight man.

I feel sorta the same, sucks, I am pretty confident I got -0 on my expermiental games and - 4-6 on the real. I usually get -0 on games, but my first LG, albeit not a generally tough game, I must have done something odd as it was a ordering game and nothing was coming easy, really sour. I am hoping for the best, probably will ride the waive.

Sucks as I am really good at games, probably 195/200 on my last few LG practise. The margin on error on any given passage is quite slim. I found myself on my last section, which was LR, I found I must have thought too long on a few question and ultimaitely guessed 6 when I usually only guess 1-3 MAX.

Overall, I didn't find the test as hard as 64/65. RC was easier (albeit I only do 3/4 RC passages). I wish my experimental counted!!!

Yeah, I don't feel too good about my test results either. I'm thinking 140s somewhere, which obviously doesn't cut it. Basically just choked. Had 2 LG and like slipperyspidder, I'd usually quite good at them. At the worst getting -4, but in my recent studies I was either getting perfect or only -2 on some minor errors that usually weren't related to time.

I don't know what happened, but the very 1st game screwed me up and everything just kinda collapsed after that. It's quite disappointing.

Dude, I had two logic games too with the real LG section being my first.
That first sequencing game took me around 10 minutes; usually sequencing games are my forte but this one was deceptively challenging. 2/3 of the other games weren't all that easy either. Anyway just thought i'd share my thoughts. GL

^ agreed. I also found the games to be more difficult. Overall I felt the Dec LSAT to be way easier than todays test.

totally agree, the VERY first game was difficult, and there were only 2 or 3 easy constraints, I kept double checking, it was as I was deducing it incorrectly. Very strange. I am really pimp @ games, couldn't understand the first game, should have been a ~6 min game, UGH, it is crazy to think that technically one game can screw up everything, you miss 2/3 q's on that game but it messes your timing to you miss another 2/3 and those 4-6 questions could be the difference bettwen a 158-162, or rather in vs out, i hate the LSAT, ugh

I know this doesn't do much good now...but..

The best advice I got for games was to take 30 seconds-minute to identify the four games and start with your strongest types. Not only does it let you build some confidence/momentum right off the hop, but it also lets you get a better idea of how much time you have left for the games you struggle with.

Just a tip if you do find yourself writing again.

+100.

However, someone here mentionned that the 1st -time consuming- game was a sequencing game. And they're usually the easiest IMO.

Guys, how do you know which of your sections was the experimental? I had two RC on my exam. I found both somewhat suspicious: The first had a passage written in 1905 - I never saw a historical passage in any of my preptests. My second RC had NO humanities passage.

I think the experimental is always within the first three sections so if you had a second RC as your 4th or 5th section then your first RC should be the experimental.

The experimental section being in the first half of the test is something everyone assumes, however, the October LSAT had the 4th section as the experimental so you can't always rely on that.

AND THEN, because it's the first section on your first sitting your nerves start going crazy and doubt sets in. I had the same problem as you, but LG is my weakness so I REALLY screwed that section up.
