Hi all,

I was accepted into uOttawa's Common Law program in early January and have since been attempting to apply for bursaries and scholarships through their uoZone site. Each and every time I try to submit one of the required forms, regardless of which bursary I'm applying for, an error message comes up saying something to the effect of, "There has been an error saving your data. Please try resubmitting your form." In speaking with the awards and scholarship people at the university, they said that they get about 20 calls per day from students who have the same problem and that there are very certain browser and computer requirements that must be met in order to submit the form. I feel as though I have tried everything (submitting the form from different computers, different browsers) and nothing is working. There is a bursary whose deadline is looming (Jan 31), and I'm getting desperate.

Have these problems happened to anyone else? Has anyone successfully submitted bursary and scholarship forms? If so, what are the specs of your browser & computer? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks all.

Sandi
