What's "warn Status" Mean?

A way to see how often a poster has been warned for breaking LS.ca rules? Or maybe being a jerk?

How come I see it on some members, but not on others: prime example: I see it on myself, but not Hegdis (I can understand mods+admin not having it).

Everyone has the warn status button, other than mods and Admins. It's a moderator's tool to deal with bad behavior so you don't have to worry about it, Another Hutz.
