  1. Are you a current UNB Law student???

Hi everyone! I have a question for those, like myself, searching for a living space by distance. Is there any sort of group to look in for others looking to share an apartment? I've joined the 1L page on Facebook, but it seems relatively quiet at the moment. Alternatively, if anyone is also looking for an apartment hit, hit me up! As a few of my senior friends have suggested, I plan on living near campus (whether north side or south, I'm up to discuss it). Thanks!
  2. Accepted to UNB 2018

No, it was just before the waitlist. The waitlist shouldn't be final until the 15th of June. Although they offered me a position, one must of opened up before the waitlist begun - so I assume.
  3. Accepted to UNB 2018

I am very happy to say I was just offered, and will be accepting, a place. CGPA with drops 3.2, L2 3.5, 155 LSAT. Although it is always mentioned, strong extra curriculars and LOR. Good luck to everyone else waiting. I know it can be stressful, but don't give up hope just yet!
  4. Waitlist 2018

t really depends. You could be really low or you could be really high. There is no telling until positions are released.
  5. Waitlist 2018

I have also received the e-mail saying I have been shortlisted for the wait list. I will be accepting a position as they open up.
  6. interview invites?

I have some relevant information for those waiting to hear from admissions. If you haven't noticed yet, their online application site has bumped the law applications out. This was purely by accident but admissions has made no promises on when it'll be resolved. Important dates I inquired about (sorry if they have already been posted): By the 3rd week of june all interview decisions and waitlist will be finalized. i.e. remaining spots. Rejections will, at the same time, be decided and sent out by mail only. I.e. if you do not receive an invite for a interview nor are on the wait list it is safe to assume you have been rejected. All interview requests will be set by June 11th. So to be clear, all relevant information will be through e-mail strictly. Not like this information has changed much but rather now we know the dates in which to expect this to end. I hope this was helpful and, as always, good luck!
  7. Waitlist 2018

Hopefully this is an indication that the maritime wait list / maritime applicants will be finalized soon
  8. Accepted to UNB 2018

Nope. The office said they would begin sometime in June. Seeing how a few people here have until May 18th, to respond, they may do a few more requests before starting the wait list OR take that time to create the wait list.
  9. Accepted to UNB 2018

Congratulations! Thanks for pushing the process for the rest of us. By any chance could we know your stats? Gives, me at least, some reference to where they are in the application process
  10. Accepted to UNB 2018

I have. Wanda said as of last week they will continue accepting people up through may and the wait list normally starts in June. There is still plenty of time but it is hard to wait!
  11. Accepted to UNB 2018

I assume this 'radio silence' has more so to do with a little break in acceptance than a lack of posting? I'm sure some of you checking your e-mail everyday are thinking/hoping the same thing.
  12. Accepted to UNB 2018

Has anyone else been accepted lately? Getting impatient haha
