  1. I totally agree. I would rather know my fate now than keep waiting till end of the summer, keeping my hopes up, and still not get accepted. I had assumed they cut some people off the waitlist this week but it doesn't seem like they've done that yet since no one has posted on this site concerning a rejection. Or could it be that every single person rejected this week just didn't post?
  2. Copied from the website: As of today’s date our first-year class is full. While there is still the possibility of a few spots opening up later in the summer, it is unlikely we will be making offers to people far down the current waitlist. We wish everyone who applied to Windsor Law a happy summer, and every success in their future academic endeavours. We hope you will consider applying to Windsor Law next year.

  4. I've been waiting since April. Knowing you've been waiting much longer, I shouldn't even be complaining that the wait is so long. The website mentioned they were meant to send out some acceptances this week based on provisional offers that don't become firm. But it doesn't seem like anything has been sent out yet.
  5. LOL I thought I was the inly one who fell for that. They shouldn't play with our emotions that way knowing we're way too sensitive to every detail during this critical times of waiting
  6. No not at all. I had previously assumed maybe they sent it to those on the high waitlist because at the bottom it said "can't wait to meet you all soon" but I was wrong to assume that. I guess I'm just overthinking things being that I'm so anxious
  7. did you receive an email from Francine last week concerning a news letter?
  8. Has anyone heard anything? Also, did anyone receive an email from Francine sometime last week about a summer news letter?
  9. Also by my understanding, when a spot is open, they don't just send an offer to one individual, it's sent to multiple applicants (It's still a mystery to me how the numbering is done). And so, depending on how many accept the offers, they cut from the bottom again and leave those who still have a good chance on the list. Hope this eases us a little bit. I hope we all get in.
  10. I spoke with a high faculty staff at Windsor law and she advised that there should be movements after July 4th when provisional offers becomes firm. There are close to 250 on the waitlist right now and as they make more offers from the top, they would continue to cut from below as well
  11. It's honestly not easy being in this situation. I thought it would be nice to create a forum where individuals with similar plight can share their thoughts and we can also all act a support system and hopefully, we all make it in! Feel free to bring up any issues or questions and we can all contribute to the best of our knowledge.
  12. Are there times when you've had to do presentations or speeches?
  13. Do you have an idea of when the last set of acceptance could be offered to those on waitlist? Could it be as late as August?
  14. I second. Please everyone, please.
  15. Congrats! Were you waitlisted? If so, when?
