    i heard the class is full and further offers are unlikely. i guess its time to withdraw and move on. so close yet so far!
  3. I guess i should i ask. Is it a good time to just take ourselves off of the waitlist? everyone on the waitlist likely has accepted elsewhere.

  11. Thoughts on Part-time articles

    Thank you for the ideas. I ll definitely look into splitting and talking about more hours if it is indeed a money issue. Also thanks for the reassurance on falling behind. I like the lawyer and the work, so i might just take it.

    Im 5'8" but in even modest heels i seem taller than many lawyers I have met. Is it best practice to switch to flats or shorter heels, even if i will still be taller than potential principals and colleagues? Thanks

    Are there many people who have done part time articles? What was the experience like? If you had spare time, did you get permission for a second job or some other volunteer experience in the legal field? Thanks again, any input is great!

    hi all, long time lurker, first time poster. i graduated this year from a BC law school and want to practice in the lower mainland. i have been to a few interviews for articling but no luck. i spoke with a lawyer recently about a possible opportunity for part time articles. since there isnt much information on this, i thought i would put it out to you guys. Thoughts on part time articles?
